Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and age-appropriate assessments to identify the mental health needs of patients and their families.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to create integrated treatment plans that address the comprehensive needs of our clients.

• Lead parent support groups designed to foster community and share strategies for managing challenges related to adoption and prenatal substance exposure.

• Facilitate developmental evaluations for children, ensuring that their emotional and psychological needs are met as they grow.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, and challenges related to child-rearing and family dynamics. Special attention will be given to issues surrounding prenatal substance exposure and the unique needs of the children affected. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting these vulnerable populations and fostering their growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related mental health disciplines.

• Possession of an active California License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Department of Mental Health billing and paperwork procedures is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload.
