Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for a caseload comprising individuals, couples, families, and children, while developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide brief individual therapy sessions that emphasize therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients facing various emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate clinical progress within the context of the Functional Restoration Program (FRP), adjusting treatment strategies as needed to enhance patient outcomes.

• Utilize integrated therapeutic approaches to address the complexities of working with clients experiencing chronic pain and trauma.

• Establish and maintain rapport with patients, families, and other professionals, facilitating open communication and a strong support network.

• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment while employing effective counseling techniques to promote patient recovery and well-being.

• Keep detailed, organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy and health regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
