Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth to create individualized therapy plans.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
