Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Understanding Minds, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs to tailor personalized therapy interventions that meet individual goals.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that focus on resolving conflicts and improving relationships.

• Maintaining accurate and timely treatment documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to refine your therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will address a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Candidates are required to possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience, particularly in an outpatient setting, are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
