Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals, preferences, and feedback.

• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic sessions, applying methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions and interdisciplinary consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals dealing with a variety of conditions, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the varied needs of each client is critical to their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, you must hold an independent license from the state board, specifically one of the following:

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a nurturing demeanor are essential for fostering trust and rapport with clients. Strong computer literacy is required for efficient record-keeping and communication within the organization.

Preferred Experience\n

While relevant licensure is a primary qualification, we highly value candidates with prior experience in outpatient care settings. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and experience with co-occurring disorders will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also preferred, as maintaining detailed documentation is a key component of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
