Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular supervision sessions alongside the site supervisor to ensure adherence to best practices and address any client needs.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and clinical discussions to share insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care.

• Identify, access, and utilize agency resources, services, and systems to support client treatment effectively.
\n
• Engage in hosting agency orientation and familiarization with policies, procedure guidelines, and teamwork protocols.
\n
• Prepare diligently for client sessions by reviewing case notes and engaging in targeted research on specific client issues.
\n
• Engage in small group supervision, preparing for seminars, reviewing case footage, and conducting relevant research.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client records, employing both written and electronic formats.
\n
• Coordinate services with partner agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
\n
• Research current best practices and evidence-based methodologies for special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
\n
• Conduct client consultations and foster collaborative relationships with other agency professionals for holistic care planning.
\n
• Write detailed case notes, comprehensive client assessments, and evaluations to support treatment planning.
\n
• Contribute to the formulation and regular updating of clients' Individual Treatment Plans (ITP).
\n
• Support therapists in interpreting psychometric assessments, scoring test results, and reporting findings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid professional license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as required by state regulations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues across all organizational levels.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, as confirmed by an independent verification process.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
