Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely administrative and clinical records in accordance with RAMS policies and clinical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, using established protocols to assess and address urgent needs effectively.

• Offer consultations to the Human Services Agency staff regarding client care strategies and case management processes.
\n
• Engage in case conferences and participate actively in clinical team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and promote best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in both individual and group supervision to foster professional development and receive feedback on clinical practices.
\n
• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional states, ultimately determining appropriate treatment plans and referrals.

• Deliver culturally sensitive counseling services for both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health and substance abuse concerns.
\n
• Collaborate with clients, case managers, and external providers to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach towards client treatment and support.

• Prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports with vocational recommendations tailored to client capabilities and comprehension levels.

• Continuously engage in professional development to keep abreast of new therapies and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorder (MDD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and grief-related issues. You will work closely with clients to provide support, encouraging them to develop skills that enhance their coping strategies and overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active social work license as per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Proven experience working with diverse populations and different psychotherapy modalities.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party checks.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
