Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals, treatment needs, and therapeutic preferences.

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and systemic therapy approaches.

• Provide therapeutic support for diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, grief and loss, substance use issues, and behavioral concerns.

• Deliver crisis management services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, including assessing risk and stabilizing situations accordingly.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and treatment records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality and safety.

• Engage in regular supervision and team consultations to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
