Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks designed to facilitate effective treatment for our clients:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client needs effectively.

• Provide educational guidance to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress rigorously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
