Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to core working hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Although you will work from home, you will be part of a close-knit team that values communication, support, and professional development. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, diagnose conditions, and create tailored treatment plans that adhere to Diamondback Health Center’s standards.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing therapeutic interventions that include individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document session details meticulously, crafting clinical case notes, treatment plans, and ongoing assessments as per company policy.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques to help clients set and pursue realistic goals, fostering personal growth and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with case managers, schools, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with clients to help navigate their journeys toward recovery.
