Work Environment\n

This role is performed entirely remotely, allowing our clinicians to work flexibly and comfortably from their homes. Clinicians will have the autonomy to establish their own caseloads, typically ranging between 10–30 billable hours per week. We prioritize a culture of support, enabling therapists to connect with peers through optional remote group consultations or in-person meetings, as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centerstone, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities to support our clients' mental health needs:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM to assess clients' mental health conditions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on supporting clients with diverse psychological challenges and dual diagnoses.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring high-quality therapeutic outcomes for clients across different family structures and backgrounds.

• Engage in case management and treatment planning, determining the appropriate levels of care and urgency for clients' needs.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions as necessary, coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines in clinical practice.

The Centerstone Psychiatry Center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct psychotherapy experience, with preference for those familiar with telehealth technologies.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms to streamline the therapy process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
