Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Intermountain Healthcare & Recovery Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients through thorough assessments and interviews.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to aid clients in managing their conditions.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress while making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in teamwork with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver an integrated approach to care.

• Staying informed of new research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance our therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
