Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients' needs.

• Engage and educate both clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care to promote ongoing recovery and resilience.

• Monitor client progress rigorously and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing outcome measures and feedback to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
