Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, focusing on the frequency, intensity, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Develop collaborative, personalized treatment plans that address individual clients' goals, preferences, and specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide holistic, integrated care for clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Care Counseling Services, you will work primarily with individuals suffering from mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
