Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique emotional and relational challenges that clients face during rehabilitation.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ emotional states and relationships to formulate personalized treatment plans that align mental health and rehabilitation goals.

• Employ family systems therapy techniques to enhance communication skills among clients and resolve interpersonal conflicts effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during emotionally taxing phases of rehabilitation, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and secure records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients and families about the emotional components of recovery, offering guidance on coping strategies and promoting healthy family dynamics.

• Stay updated with the latest research in marriage and family therapy, attending workshops and training to enhance your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
