Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure synchronous video conferencing with adults presenting a range of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to coordinate comprehensive treatments and exchange insights within a community of mental health professionals.
\n
• Leverage digital tools for conducting symptom self-assessments, tracking functional progress, and adapting treatment plans to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Utilize our user-friendly custom therapist portal for maintaining timely clinical documentation, ensuring seamless communication, and managing client information securely.
\n
• Offer individual and couples therapy (for clients aged 13 and up) utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

• Commit to continuous improvement and measurement-based care strategies to assess and refine treatment effectiveness effectively.

• Uphold stringent HIPAA standards to maintain the confidentiality and security of client health information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in establishing rapport with clients from various cultural contexts.
