Though the majority of consultations will take place via telehealth platforms, you will also benefit from direct engagement with clients in our outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral health through structured interviews and clinical evaluations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and aligned with clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to address issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing effective communication strategies and active listening skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately within a secure electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and community resources to enhance treatment effectiveness and client resources.

• Provide clients with education about mental health, coping strategies, and community support services available to assist in their healing process.

• Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
