Our Care Pros are the heartbeat of everything we do, and we invest in them from day one.The RoleAs a Care Pro, you'll spend your days with seniors who need help with daily activities, companionship, and personal care. You'll become a trusted presence in their homes and a genuine part of their lives. We provide all the training you need — no prior experience required.What You'll Do• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.• Provide genuine companionship and meaningful engagement every visit.• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation.• Monitor and promptly report changes in client health and well-being.• Document care notes accurately.What We're Looking For• Warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.• No prior experience required — we train you completely from day one.• CNA or HHA certification is a plus but never required.• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and comfortable working in a home care setting.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We Offer• Competitive hourly wage based on experience and certification.• Weekend and holiday differential pay.• Paid training — we invest in you from the very first day.• Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time available.• 24/7 on-call office support — you're never alone on a shift.• 401K, PTO, and Medical/Dental/Vision (full-time, after 90 days). #J-18808-Ljbffr
