Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address clients’ individual needs, goals, and progress based upon ongoing evaluations and consultations.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions for clients from diverse backgrounds, focusing on resolving a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster stronger relationships.

• Regularly update and maintain thorough client records including progress notes and treatment plans to ensure compliance and facilitate collaborative care.

• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and innovative treatment modalities in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and techniques.

• Advocate for clients by empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment and providing access to additional resources as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adults, and couples, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, behavioral problems, and more. Your role will be pivotal in improving clients' overall well-being by providing them with the tools and strategies they need to overcome challenges in their personal lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the relevant State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and/or couples therapy effectively.

• Experience working with a variety of age groups, including treatment focus on children and adults.

• Strong capability to complete client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.

• Excellent communication and written skills, with proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of direct experience in a clinical or outpatient counseling setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Great Height Therapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plans, health insurance, and support for professional development.
