Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose patients, formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings.

  Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring effective engagement with clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

  Document all client interactions thoroughly, adhering to company policies for ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, thus ensuring compliance and the highest standards of care.

  Deliver exceptional customer service, actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to enhance coordinated care.
