Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including couples, individuals, children, and teens, ensuring that each person receives tailored support that addresses their unique experiences and challenges. We are particularly focused on serving clients from various backgrounds, including communities of color and the LGBTQIA+ population, emphasizing inclusivity and respect in all therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrable experience working with couples, families, children, and adolescents, with cultural competence in providing care to diverse populations.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community health settings, involvement with trauma-informed care, and familiarity conducting teletherapy sessions will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
