Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional outpatient office environment. Regular business hours are observed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This flexibility affords you a healthy work-life balance, enabling you to focus on providing the highest level of care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, ensuring consistency and quality in approach, while adapting strategies based on ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and security.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize care and support for clients.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of care practices.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Stay current on research and developments in the mental health field to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be essential in engaging clients and fostering a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A deep understanding of solution-focused therapy techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and establish trust with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, enabling you to navigate complex client situations effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with clients across the lifespan, particularly those facing trauma-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
