This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling options to accommodate both your needs and those of our clients. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to support patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide emergency crisis intervention, utilizing skills to de-escalate situations while ensuring patient safety.

• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records that comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in New Jersey, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
