Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and goals, employing standardized tools when necessary.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients of all ages, tackling issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma recovery, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches and track progress through measurable outcomes.

• Respond to immediate mental health crises with effective crisis intervention strategies, ensuring safety and providing empathetic support to clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions and coping mechanisms, alongside facilitating access to community resources for additional support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment notes, and adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical practices.

• Follow ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring clients' confidentiality, informed consent, and a high standard of practice.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a diverse range of clients within the outpatient setting. The client population may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and adjustment challenges. Your expertise will guide these individuals toward stability and improved emotional health, directly impacting their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy to individuals with a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.
