Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and craft personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to share insights, participate in peer reviews, and enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, helping them understand treatments and available community support resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to childhood trauma, acute anxiety, severe mood disorders, addictive behaviors, and relationship issues. As a mental health therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and guiding clients through their healing journeys, ultimately fostering a path towards improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A graduate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
