This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our clinicians the opportunity to create and manage their own schedules while working closely with clients from various backgrounds in an outpatient community health clinic environment. Our team operates Monday through Saturday, providing comprehensive mental health support tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying the clinical needs and crafting appropriate intervention strategies.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments that inform treatment plans and direct care, ensuring timely responses to clients’ needs.

• Engage in effective communication with team members through documentation and interdisciplinary meetings, ensuring cohesive care across different healthcare disciplines.

• Demonstrate understanding of psychological, social, and educational needs of clients, providing empathetic and effective interventions regardless of age.

• Manage case responsibilities for assigned clients, collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver integrated care.

• Complete documentation accurately and ethically, adhering to department guidelines and timelines.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients through tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold relevant licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating client needs and personal schedules.
