Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify the mental health concerns of clients, utilizing various assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specific to each client's unique situation, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary team members, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients in accordance with best practices.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients' families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and promoting family involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring clients' privacy is always respected.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
