Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Alpine Health System, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and nurturing trusting relationships with patients, facilitating a safe environment for open communication.

• Diagnosing and treating diverse mental health disorders in accordance with best practice guidelines.
\n
• Designing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, circumstances, and goals of each patient.

• Conducting regular counseling sessions with clients, adjusting treatment strategies based on their progress and feedback.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to promote healing and progress.

• Completing ongoing assessments to monitor patient development and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create a comprehensive care network for clients, including referrals to specialists when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will work with populations experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
