Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via telehealth, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their participation in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Many clients come from school environments where sessions are funded, enabling you to concentrate on delivering therapeutic support. Your role is pivotal in providing these clients with the tools and strategies to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A clean record without any disciplinary actions from any licensing board in any jurisdiction.
\n
• Proficient in performing intake assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and formulating effective treatment plans.

• High-level writing skills for accurate documentation and client reporting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy to adults, with a strong emphasis on clinical skills.

• Prior training in evidence-based practices, particularly CBT or similar therapeutic techniques.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
