Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group counseling, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client mental health status, identifying issues, strengths, and potential obstacles to recovery.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health challenges and goals, regularly reviewing plans to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and interventions to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges. Clients may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Understanding the unique circumstances and barriers faced by these populations is essential in developing supportive and effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent is essential for this position.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
