Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress with our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

• Utilize research-based methodologies to inform treatment plans and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using techniques rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or other evidence-based modalities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
