Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work option, providing flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you remain part of an integrated outpatient practice. The facility operates Monday through Saturday, and you will have the autonomy to manage your own appointments within those days. Our in-house credentialing and management systems are designed to support you in effectively handling insurance participation and case scheduling, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to inform treatment planning and interventions.

• Engage in initial symptom evaluations, triaging care based on client needs and feedback.
\n
• Document treatment plans and ongoing progress in coordination with interdisciplinary teams, utilizing scheduled meetings such as patient rounds to enhance communication.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their individualized goals.
\n
• Maintain case management responsibilities by collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to department standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Belfry Counseling Center, you will work with a varied patient population, ranging from children to seniors, facing diverse mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The outpatient setting allows for meaningful, ongoing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and growth in clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as issued by the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within an outpatient setting, particularly in managing client caseloads and navigating insurance processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
