Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to evaluate needs and collaborate on effective treatment plans.

• Providing graduate-level clinical interventions that adhere to evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Developing and maintaining clear communication with colleagues regarding assessments, treatment interventions, and multidisciplinary care plans through meticulous documentation and participation in team meetings.

• Managing a caseload of patients with varying complexities, providing case management that involves interdisciplinary collaboration with community professionals and support programs.

• Demonstrating the expertise required to address diverse patient needs, encompassing physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety considerations.

• Ensuring the ethical and timely completion of all required documentation as per departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
