Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exceptional therapeutic services to clients using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs, such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or person-centered therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting their mental wellness.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with clients in setting achievable treatment goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines while utilizing an intuitive telehealth platform for efficient session management.

This role provides comprehensive support to clients navigating crises, trauma recovery, and ongoing mental health management, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold an active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a mental health therapist, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various age groups, particularly in trauma-informed care, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
