Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at On Point, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to help clients manage mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
