The clients you will be serving at Bliss Care are pre-screened individuals, usually stable and presenting low acuity mental health concerns. This demographic allows you to focus on therapeutic goals without the overwhelming aspects that can sometimes come with higher-acuity clients. Your role is crucial in offering preventive and supportive care that contributes to improved mental well-being for these individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent license from the state board, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Ability to make professional evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
