Our practice also offers in-house credentialing, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best—providing care—instead of dealing with administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals and families, identifying their mental health needs and triaging care appropriately.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities.

• Document patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely and ethical manner, participating in regular interdisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal patient care.

• Collaborate closely with community and healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring that patients receive well-rounded support.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, guiding them through their treatment journeys while addressing social, psychological, and educational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, adolescents, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. With a focus on outpatient care, you will support clients through conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological issues, leading to sustainable long-term outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Professional licensure in the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
