Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and needs, enabling tailored treatment planning.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and build resilience, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in your therapeutic practice.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients effectively process their trauma, develop essential coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, stabilizing patients and connecting them to ongoing resources.

• Educate patients and their families concerning trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery process.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in a remote practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals who have experienced trauma, including both acute and chronic victims. Our clients range widely in age and backgrounds, and we prioritize creating individual connections through therapeutic rapport. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
