Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Lead one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, emphasizing a strengths-based perspective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary role will be to support a diverse clientele facing various emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
