Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches.

• Regularly engage with clients, providing consistent support through therapeutic sessions that help them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques to cater to the diverse backgrounds and needs of our client population.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, providing referrals to psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a continuum of care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records (EHR), documenting treatment progress while adhering to all confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of clinically relevant experience working in a mental health setting.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
