Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the unique mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with client goals and preferences, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, employing appropriate interventions tailored to each client’s situation.

• Engage with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and holistic care, attending regular case conferences and supervision sessions.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical guidelines while managing client records in our electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
