This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can be adjusted to meet your needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to gain a thorough understanding of their mental health concerns, establishing individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Sunflower Mental Health Counseling Center, you will support a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our client base consists of adults, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment where each day presents unique therapeutic challenges and opportunities for meaningful impact.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• A solid foundation in clinical assessment and therapeutic techniques, coupled with a strong commitment to ethical practice.

• Three (3) years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred, providing counseling services to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $78,000 to $115,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, counselors working full-time will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support well-being. We also offer free access to mental health services on our platform as a client, promoting wellness among our staff.
