Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

• Collaboratively develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, integrating measurable goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s journey.

• Offer crisis intervention support, employing immediate strategies to ensure client safety and stabilize acute mental health challenges.

• Provide education and resources on mental health conditions, fostering empowerment and resilience among clients and their families.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Exhibit adherence to the ethical guidelines and regulations that govern mental health counseling, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively addressing the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and contributing to holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony House, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults facing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and more. Your unique skills and empathetic approach will play an essential role in supporting clients on their path to recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or in a relevant clinical discipline.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated clinical skills and competence in delivering therapy services tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
