Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Medchoice, you will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will have the opportunity to build a diverse caseload, catered to your expertise and preferences, with quick onboarding to establish a full client roster.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a mental health professional, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster an empathetic therapeutic alliance.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle caseloads efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensure board.
