Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, including reviewing history and presenting concerns.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals, employing evidence-based methods tailored to individual progress.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective intervention strategies are in place.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in regular team meetings, fostering a cohesive work environment that prioritizes skill enhancement and peer support.

The clients you will serve are diverse, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to couples facing relational difficulties. You will also provide support to families dealing with transitional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with clients and handle sensitive discussions with empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
