Work Environment\n

This is primarily a remote position, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a connection with our supportive outpatient office team. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some allowances for flexible scheduling based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs, emotional states, and care requirements.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
