Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoughtfully evaluate patients' histories and identify appropriate, tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, integrating evidence-based methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma and equipping clients with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health professionals, to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support, demonstrating immediate responsiveness to patients in trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and family members about trauma, its psychological effects, and available coping mechanisms and resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment compliance in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster continuous professional development and share insights on trauma-informed care.
