Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to determine clients' trauma histories and identify suitable treatment strategies.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and addressing specific mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to guide clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available treatment resources.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
