Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals through structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop, implement, and continually adjust personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate ongoing individual and group therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to deliver holistic care solutions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring clarity and confidentiality in all records.

• Engage in supervision, participate in continuous education workshops, and stay updated with the latest developments in mental health practices.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to enhance mental health awareness and expand service accessibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges. You will provide vital support to clients facing life transitions, emotional crises, and adjustment difficulties, ensuring a responsive treatment approach tailored to each individual's unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• Required: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Must possess active licensure in one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
