Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations, including detailed assessments of mental, emotional, and behavioral health, while documenting findings throughout the treatment process.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, considering their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities aimed at managing symptoms and enhancing coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to accommodate changes in client needs or circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention strategies that address all aspects of a client's care.

• Provide education and support to family members and primary caregivers, helping them understand their loved ones' mental health challenges and equipping them with tools to support their recovery.

• Manage referrals and follow-ups, particularly for clients requiring hospitalization or ongoing medication management with psychiatrists or attending physicians.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
